At Glasswing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn apparel and accessories. Items must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original tags and packaging materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our studio.
